CRUNCHY HONEY WALNUTS

250 grams walnut halves
3/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Caster sugar
White sesame seeds
In a mixing bowl, combine honey, lemon juice and soy sauce.
Add the walnuts. Allow to stand for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Drain walnuts.
Toss in some caster sugar and try to coat the walnuts evenly.
Heat sufficient oil to cover walnuts. Fry walnuts over medium-low heat for about 2 minutes. Remove from oil and drain. Sprinkle sesame seeds all over.
Cool completely before eating.
